DAY 52: 800 CAL DIET TO PUT DIABETES T2 INTO REMISSION WITH REAL FOOD


No progress to report today.  My body is taking a break.  Maybe tomorrow it will resume.
My fat percent, however, is now the lowest it has been in my adult life.

Here are my stats:

Weight 150.6, FBS 158, Fat% 34

BREAKFAST:  1/2 Slim-Fast Protein Drink

LUNCH:  Mission Carb Balance Tortilla, 2 oz Jack Daniels Thinly Sliced Beef Brisket, or 2 oz roast beef, romaine

DINNER:  1 whole Slim-Fast Protein Drink, 1 cup Progresso Hearty Chicken and Rotini, salad, 5 Toasted Crackers

Total Calories 794, Total Fat 40 gm, Total Carbs 67 gm, Total Protein 51 gm, Total Fiber 21 gm, Total Net Carbs 46 gm.
