DAY 40: 800 CAL DIET TO PUT DIABETES T2 INTO REMISSION WITH REAL FOOD


Another pound is gone this morning!  That makes 3.4 pounds that I lost this week.  That puts a nice feeling of accomplishment for the week, and I look forward to more.  Energy is still good and I am not hungry.

BREAKFAST:  1/2 Slim-Fast Protein Drink

LUNCH:  Mission Carb Control Tortilla,1/4 package Marketside Kung Pao Chicken, romaine

DINNER:  1 whole Slim-Fast Protein Drink, 1 cup Alessi Split Pea Soup, salad, 5 Toasted crackers

Total Calories  794, Total Fat 33 gm, Total Carbs 76 gm, Total Protein 59 gm, Total Fiber 26 gm, Total Net Carbs 50 gm
