All progress is not a straight line. No weight loss today, a little gain. Time for more water and veggies. But at this point I have lost 13 pounds and still feeling good. No hunger at all for anything beyond the food.

NOTE FROM THE NEXT DAY: I gained 1.8 pounds from the soup today, very ricey and very salty. Please use Cugino's French Onion Soup instead to avoid weight gain from the chicken and rice soup.
