It is another day of no weight loss, minor weight gain. A pattern is emerging here, a significant
loss last week followed by several days of no loss. From this I would expect a day soon of very
big weight loss. We will see. The fat percentage retreated almost a point
again. It may be noted this is all
happening around my “metabolic set point” of 162, a weight I tend to stay at for unknown
reasons. Gonna bust out of this in the
next few days.
