DAY 25: 800 CAL DIET TO PUT DIABETES T2 INTO REMISSION WITH REAL FOOD


It is another day of no weight loss, minor weight gain.  A pattern is emerging here, a significant loss last week followed by several days of no loss.  From this I would expect a day soon of very big weight loss.  We will see.  The fat percentage retreated almost a point again.  It may be noted this is all happening around my “metabolic set point” of 162,  a weight I tend to stay at for unknown reasons.  Gonna bust out of this in the next few days.

Weight 162.4,  FBS 130, Fat% 37.1

Here is the menu for today:

BREAKFAST:  ½ Slim-Fast Protein Shake

LUNCH:  Mission Carb Balance Tortilla, 2 oz Hormel Roast Beef Au Jus, romaine, small Clementine orange

DINNER:  1/2 Slim-Fast Protein Drink,  3/4 cup Campbell’s Chicken Broccoli Cheese w/Potato Soup, salad, 5 Toasted Crackers, 1 dried apricot

Total Calories  792, Total Fat 39 gm,  Total Carbs  69 gm, Total Protein 48 gm, Total Fiber 24 gm, Total Net Carbs 45 gm
