DAY 18: 800 CAL DIET TO PUT DIABETES T2 INTO REMISSION WITH REAL FOOD


Again, no weight loss.  I must learn to be patient.  This week the hard work has begun, and weight loss is no longer a pound per day.  Oh, well, it had to happen.  Just be patient, drink water, add raw veggies, and eat another 800 calories today.

Here are my just the same stats:

Weight 162.4,  FBS 152, Fat%  38.1

BREAKFAST: 1/2 Slim-Fast Protein Drink

LUNCH:   Mission Carb Balance Tortilla, 2 oz ham, Del Monte pineapple cup

DINNER:  1/2  Slim-fast Protein Drink,  1 cup Cugino’s Cheddar Broccoli Soup,  salad,  5 Toasted Crackers

Total Calories 800, Total Fat 33 gm, Total Carbs  83 gm, Total Protein 48 gm,  Total Fiber  23 gm, Total Net Carbs 60 gm
