Bad news this morning.
I gained 1.2 pounds suddenly, overnight.
The last time this happened, I had eaten salty potato chips. I think it was the chicken and wild rice soup
last night, very salty and very ricey.
Never again. That will set me
back a week. Luckily, I know how to lose it. Keep on.
