DAY 17: 800 CAL DIET TO PUT DIABETES T2 INTO REMISSION WITH REAL FOOD

Well, no weight loss today, but I did lose almost 1% fat percent.  I’ll take it.  But in general, no weight loss means more water and raw veggies are needed.

Weight 161.8,  FBS 154,  Fat% 38.1

The menu has a treat today, honey BBQ chicken wings in that tortilla.

BREAKFAST:  1/2 Slim-Fast Protein Drink

LUNCH:  Mission Carb Balance Tortilla, 2 oz honey bbq chicken wings (boneless), romaine, Dole peach cup

DINNER:  1/2 Slim-Fast Protein Drink, 1 cup Campbell’s Chunky Hearty Beef Barley Soup, 5 Toasted Crackers, salad

Total Calories:  797,  Total Fat 38 gm, Total Carbs 73 gm, Total Protein 46 gm, Total Fiber 23 gm, Total Net Carbs 50 gm
