DAY 27: 800 CAL DIET TO PUT DIABETES T2 INTO REMISSION WITH REAL FOOD


Dare I say I have broken the 162 pound barrier?  It seems I have beaten it.  I weigh 1.2 pounds less than yesterday.  We will know if I continue losing weight.  Let’s hear it for extra water and raw veggies!

Weight 161.4,  FBS 135.  Fat% 37.8

Here is the menu for today:

BREAKFAST:  1/2 Slim-Fast Protein Drink

LUNCH:  Mission Carb Control Tortilla, 1/4 cup Marketside Tuna Salad, romaine, 5 grapes

DINNER:  1 whole Slim-Fast Protein Drink, 1 cup Cugino’s French Onion Soup, salad, 5 Toasted crackers

Total calories:  785, Total Fat 63 gm, Total Carbs 63 gm, Total Protein 45 gm, Total Fiber 22 gm, Total Net Carbs 41 gm
