DAY 36: 800 CAL DIET TO PUT DIABETES T2 INTO REMISSION WITH REAL FOOD


I had a nice drop in fat percent this morning compared to yesterday, but no weight loss.  I will take the fat mass dropping with joy, because it often precedes good weight loss the next day.  The fat% dropped by almost a whole point.

Here are my stats:

Weight 158, FBS 128, Fat% 36.1

And here is the menu for the day:

BREAKFAST:  1/2 Slim-Fast Protein Drink

LUNCH:  Mission Carb Balance Tortilla, 2 oz Great Value Uncured Pulled Pork, romaine, apple

DINNER:  1 whole Slim-Fast Protein Drink, 1 cup Cugino’s Burgundy French Onion soup, salad, 5 Toasted crackers, 5 fresh grapes

Total Calories 759, Total Fat 33 gm, Total Carbs 73 gm, Total Protein 49 gm, Total Fiber 25 gm, Total Net Carbs 48 gm
