DAY 23: 800 CAL DIET TO PUT DIABETES T2 INTO REMISSION WITH REAL FOOD


Another half pound is gone!  So soon after the 2.6 pounds I lost in the last two days. So, for this week at least, I have lost more than the required two pounds to reach my goal.

Here are my stats:

Weight 158.8,   FBS 135,  Fat% 39

We are getting rid of leftover uncured pulled pork today.  Here is the menu for the day:

BREAKFAST:  1/2 Slim-Fast Protein Shake

LUNCH:  1 Mission Carb Balance Tortilla, 2 oz uncured pulled pork, romaine, Dole peach cup

DINNER:  1 whole Slim-Fast Protein Shake, 1 cup Alessi Split Pea Soup, salad, 5 Toasted Crackers

Total Calories:  787, Total Fat 34 gm, Total Carbs 73 gm, Total Protein 57 gm, Total Fiber 27 gm, Total net Carbs 30 gm
