The scale moved, finally! After 3 days stall, I have lost 1/2 pound. And a minute amount of fat.

Total Calories: 780, Total Fat 34 gm, Total Carbs 84 gm, Total Protein 41.4, Total Fiber 22 gm,
Net Carbs: 60 gm
