DAY 10: 800 CAL DIET TO PUT DIABETES T2 INTO REMISSION WITH REAL FOOD

The scale moved, finally!  After 3 days stall, I have lost 1/2 pound. And a minute amount of fat.

Here are my stats:

Weight 163.4.  FBS 165 (10 units Lantus)  Fat% 38%

MENU FOR THE DAY:

BREAKFAST:  1/2 Slim-Fast Protein Drink

LUNCH:  Mission Carb Control Tortilla, 1/4 cup Marketside Chicken Salad, 10 grapes

DINNER:  1/2 Slim-Fast Protein Drink, Campbell's Chicken and Sausage Gumbo Soup, salad, 5 Toasted Crackers, 1 mandarin orange

Total Calories:  780, Total Fat 34 gm, Total Carbs 84 gm, Total Protein 41.4, Total Fiber 22 gm,
Net Carbs: 60 gm
