My blog is about using equal grams of protein and carbs to control blood sugar. This is a diet which was recommended for 50 years by the American Diabetes Association. Indeed, if you are in the hospital when you have diabetes, it is the diet the hospital uses.

In order to figure out how to have equal grams protein and carbs when you eat, you need either a book that shows protein and carb content of foods, or else use software. I use Calorieking Diet Software and Recipecalc cooking software. Once you get the hang of it, it is quite easy.

It also has wonderful rewards: blood sugar control and hunger and tiredness is gone. Most people don't realize their hunger and tiredness come from eating too many carbs in relation to protein. The protein also fills you up so you need less calories. I live on 1200 calories per day and I am never hungry.

Good luck on your healthy eating blog.
