For someone my size, 1/4 tsp salt in 12 oz water will bring down blood sugar around 30 points.<br /><br />I don't use the water cure all the time. Salt must be in balance with potassium, which you only get with fruits and vegetables, or with supplementation. <br /><br />Salt brings nutrients in to the cells, potassium takes it out. So, too much salt is not good. Hardly anyone gets too much potassium, although I guess it would be possible.
